All of our carers are trained to provide discreet, sensitive support, maintain your dignity with areas of personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care.

We are happy to help you with your domestic chores, cleaning your oven to mopping floors, those tasks that you find difficult to carry out independently.
Assistance with medication
All our carers are trained to support and assist you with your medication needs, ordering/disposal, safe keeping, prompting or administering you medication for you.
Looking after pets
Here at Kensington Home Care we understand that you pet is a part of your family, we understand that having a pet is both therapeutic and rewarding and can promote social/emotional and mental health wellbeing as well as maintaining regular exercise for you and your pet.
Social Activities

Home care FAQs
Home care offers you the extra support, reassurance, and companionship that may be needed for you to continue living at home as independently as is possible. Home care will keep you in your home, community, and around the family you love.
There are many elements of home care that can directly help you or you and your spouse or partner. Home care is not only designed to support you directly, but also provides extra reassurance for family members that aren’t always available to support you, knowing that you are receiving the help you need/access is available to all appointed NOK who can see how your care is being provided.
The duties of a home carer assistant often involve tasks such as general housekeeping (washing dishes, cleaning the home, doing laundry, making beds and so on). They are also able to help prepare meals as well as provide personal care (bathing, dressing) with dignity and assisting you with your medication.

The price of your homecare package is dependent on your choices and needs. There are several ways to purchase homecare, fully funded via your local authority, Continuing Health Care, Direct Payments or private arrangements.
